These animated icons are really programs that animate pictures in a windows the size of an icon. These programs can not be used to replace the icons on your desktop. I am currently working on a program that would allow you to animate the icons on your desktop, but it is a complex program with lots of inherent problems. There is a program already out there called IconHearIt that will animated your desktop icons (www.iconhearit.com). If you have any problems downloading any of my animated icons, please let me know and I will email it directly to you.
